When will my order arrive? 

On average it takes between 6 to 11 business days from the time or order to delivery.

How do I track my order?

Great news—your order is on its way! Once we hand it over to Courier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to access live tracking updates and monitor your order's journey

What's your return and refund policy?

Please note that due to the personalisation nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless we've sent you a wrong or damaged product. 

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we can refund the order as long as you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that you will need to return the product to us via post. We will provide you with a shipping label at no cost to you. We might also request you for some photos showing the incorrect product or damaged product before we process your refund request. Your refund will be processed within 2 days of us receiving the goods back, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
